Romania Government Scholarship 2025 Fully Funded
The Romanian Government provides fully funded scholarships for undergraduate, master’s, & PHD students worldwide to study in Romania. The scholarship covers all living expenses & provides up to 65 to 75 EUR. The last date for applying is 12 March 2025.

Eligibility Requirements
- Be citizens of non-EU countries.
- Hold a valid high school diploma (for undergraduate programs) or a relevant degree (for master’s and PhD programs).
- Have a strong academic record.
- Apply for studies in fields other than medicine, pharmacy, and dentistry, as these are not covered under the scholarship.
- Be below 35 years for bachelor’s and master’s programs, and below 45 years for PhD programs.
How to Apply?
To apply, students must submit a complete application package through the Romanian diplomatic missions in their home countries. The required documents typically include:
- A completed application form
- Copies of diplomas and transcripts
- Birth certificate
- Copy of the passport
- Medical certificate proving good health

- Application Opening: December of 2024.
- Application Deadline: March 15 of the current year
- Evaluation Period: March to May
- Results Announcement: Late July
- Preparatory Language Year (if required): Begins in October.
