The Shanghai Government offers this scholarship for International Students to study in China. This scholarship covers all living expenses & provides up to CNY 2,500/month or CNY 5,000/month. The last date to apply is 10 April 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must:
- Be a non-Chinese citizen in good health
- Have the required academic qualifications:
- High school diploma for a bachelor’s degree (under 25 years old)
- Bachelor’s degree for a master’s program (under 35 years old)
- Master’s degree for a PhD program (under 40 years old)
- Meet the HSK 4 Chinese language requirement (if applicable)
- Not be receiving any other Chinese government scholarship
